Forms to be mailed w/ payment to PO Box 156 Greenfield IN 46140. Sponsor names are placed with other sponsors on a 4x6 banner that travels with each team and will be on our sponsor board at Franklin Park Baseball Complex located at 1440 N Franklin Street, Greenfield, IN 46140.
